I had questions — including a few I was certain sounded silly — but he never made me feel that way. He answered every one with patience, respect, and a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. What really surprised me - Mr. Preston starts sending me videos from ON the roof during the installation. Not stock footage… not recycled clips… actual live ‘I’m-up-here-right-now’ updates. And in my head I said, ‘Wait a minute… is this my personal HGTV debut? Should I be picking theme music?’ Between the drone shots, the rooftop commentary, and his down-to-earth way of explaining everything, I almost felt like I had a cousin in the roofing business — not the cousin who shows up loud, nosy, and narrating every move like they’re at a cookout, but the kind-hearted cousin who actually rolls up their sleeves and tells you the truth without all the extra noise. If every contractor had Mr. Preston’s work ethic and hospitality, folks around here would be getting new roofs just for the experience.

Additional Comments - Centennial Roofing made this whole roofing project smoother than I expected. The roof looks sharp and the lines are clean — I even checked with my own eyes and a little side-eye to be sure. The drone footage before, during, and after the job was the icing on the cake. Seeing my roof from the sky made me feel like a home-improvement executive producer! And Mr. Preston? A star. Patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything without making me feel like I needed a construction degree. It’s still early, but based on what I saw after the installation, the work was done right, and the professionalism was top-tier. I’d absolutely recommend Centennial Roofing to anyone who wants transparency, quality, and a team that makes the process feel easy — and maybe even a little fun.
