They were able to keep everything separated and organized throughout the process and would frequently call out specific notes or previous discussions as part of selections.

Sales Manager - Kalee was nothing short or professional and welcoming. From my initial inquiry to the entire process, Kalee was always available and ensured that she would address and close out all of our questions/concerns. Her ability to also coordinate walk throughs, talk through the process and provide necessary information led us to confirm that we would be moving forward with the building process.

Design Coordinator - Stacey Schindler was absolutely amazing during our selection process. She provided priceless support throughout the entire selection process and never failed to follow up on any inquiries, changes or decisions. We were made very well aware of the timeline and what selections were coming up. She was able to help us focus in on each specific area while ensuring the overall details were retained and flowed well. While most focus only at a micro or macro level, Stacey was able to keep up with us on all account and provide extremely valuable feedback which was in line with our style.

Construction Quality - Selections of everything has been to our expectations. There has not been a time in which we wished the material would be better. The workmanship is at a higher level of what we have experienced before and overall the construction and installation of all materials has been excellent.

Communication - The entire team from sales, selections and construction/operations has been wonderful. The communication is straight to the point when necessary and no extra time is wasted on giving any sort of run around. Communication has been important to us from the beginning and they have been able to deliver on this.

Problem Resolution - Throughout the build process and post close, the team has been active and prioritizing when possible any and all warranty related items. Things which have arisen since close has been met with professionalism and a sense or urgency. the entire team, especially Molly Kirk has been working behind the scenes to get items addressed with the least amount of daily disturbance.

During selections and walk throughs, the teams would be mindful of conversations and what was going on, asks and wants were met with a, "get it done" attitude versus trying to circumvent it into another option. They have all been kind and own their workmanship. They stand behind their work and have always been extremely kind when we interact.

Walk-Through - The final walk went as expected and the team present paid just as much attention as we did and called out items other builders would try to hide. There were no corners or areas left unchecked and they have worked with us to get things resolved.
