Initial contact with a company person at their booth at the Home Show in Cedar Rapids was so positive, it led us to looking more into this company and finally hiring them to do our walk-in shower install. In home visit provided us with all the information we needed. The installer and plumber who did the work (Jason and Tanner) were very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. We are very pleased with our decision to use this company for our install, and will consider them for future work if needed.

The installation of our door took much less time than expected. The crew was neat and courteous, and we now have a new, solid, great-looking door!

They all were very friendly and professional about their job and happy to answer all your questions.

I had a very good experience but I didn’t do my due diligence in looking around with local installers who may have been less expensive.

The cost of three windows was extremely high. 12 years ago I had my house stripped to the sheathing, 1 in. Insulation, vinyl siding,and 10 Andersen windows installed for 40K. I got 3 of your windows for just under 11K. My opinion is they are way over priced. Probably won't recommend them to anyone.

It was freezing cold out and I was worried they were going to delay the install. However, they showed up on time and got right to work. The installation looks good and they were able to put the faux shutters back on to match exiting windows. We've had some strong wind and cold and none of the windows are fogging up or leaking.

I must to speak to someone about our remodel. There are issues. Not 100% satisfied. Disappointed on a few things.

I have to say, Mad City Bath bent over backwards to meet my concerns about not having enough shelves, and I even got a Shave Bar!!. I didn't know there was such a thing until they told me I could not use a shelf for shaving. The Shave Bar is really nice looking, it is chrome colored and matches the other 2 bars that were installed. Everyone I have talked with at Mad City has been cooperative, nice, and willing to meet all concerns in order to keep a Happy Customer. I highly recommend Mad City and their personnel for your shower/bath upgrade.

The reason for this score is due to time it took to receive product. Should’ve been here by late November but was finally discovered the door was in after I called to cancel due to no notification. Then it miraculously appeared in mid January.

The overall job was done well, neatly and quickly. The team was able too help me make a change that was not caught by the sales people.
The eagles presentation was very informative but there were a couple of points that were overstated or not made clearly which caused some friction at the time of install, but the team was able to do the job to my overall satisfaction and corrected a color issue with the trim out.

Got the bathroom of my dreams in one day! Team was respectful, professional and efficient.

Overall a positive experience

We had two very nice guys install our new windows. They arrived on time and were actually finished before I expected them to be. We live in an older home and of course there can be problems with things not always being square and normal. Given that, there didn't seem to be too many problems and install went well. New windows give the house a different look and we can definitely see a difference in the temperature of that front room.

This was our second bathroom that Mad City Bath has done and we have enjoyed excellent communication and work from the preliminary estimate, to the pre measurement visit and finally to the installation. Could not be happier knowing we have a great looking product that was well constructed and installed properly and will be easier to maintain. Thanks MCB! Dave and Greg arrived on time and very friendly and courteous. Looked at the 6 windows that were being replaced and started working right away. Worked hard all day with no breaks and didn't leave a mess in my house. Love my new windows!

pretty expensive

The price of the project is very high for the materials and labor cost of the project. The measuring team got the wrong measurement for the frame and the install team needed to cut into the house to make it fit. The door took 16 weeks from the day of measurements to get the door in. The door suffered a deep scratch days after installation. I have also received 4 phone calls before the door was installed about setting up another project with mad city.

That all being said, the reason I rated it so highly is because the teams have been very pleasant to work with, talk to, and reach out to if there’s been any issues.

Brandon was awesome and did a great job, but we are not happy with the door and that the laser guy didn't measure correctly and didn't tell the installer that he changed the measurement. The door leaks.

This is one of the best investments I have ever made. The quality makes an incredible difference and is worth the investment!

very nice installers, did three big windows in one day, price was very high, they sold me a window with out a screen, apparently , i should of know that windows come without screen, for the price we pay we should of received a screen, very disappointed.

I'm very pleased with this product. Great experience with everyone involved. The crew I had were very particular with making sure all things fit and and sealed properly. Cudos to the crew! Sure price is more than what expected but all was worth it!!! I love my new windows and door!!!
