I had a problem after hurricane MILTON 2024 and called in for warranty service. It was discovered that the warranty was not registered with Owens Corning as purchased by me. This was taken care of and CB roofing took care of the issues and made sure the warranty was updated with Owens Corning.
They have lived up to their part of my roof and I have no problem recommending them to anyone for a roof.

I was very impressed with CB Roofing. The entire process went very smoothly, from initial contact, keeping me informed throughout the preliminary process, and finally the installation.

Overall, my project was very complicated. It was a structural repair. The crew, led by Diego, was really professional, and very patient with every question that I had. My salesperson was Thomas, he was very thorough when he explained the difference in the Owens Corning and the GAS products. Overall, I contacted over twenty contractors. Your company promised to give me a quote on time, and work through all the complications and engineering for structure repair. They completed the structure repair on time, which was very impressive. All the other contractors told me it would take two to three times longer. I was very impressed with that.

If you need your roof replaced, they're great. If you need to do repairs to your roof, they do have limitations as far as the quality of their work.

I didn't have much connection with them. They just looked at it, like, this was what they were going to do. I didn't bother them. The inspector came out from the city. There was heavy rain so far, but no leaks. My main concern was the flat roof area. So far, no problems.

They were there before dawn and done and gone before noon.

The roof itself looks beautiful, but they weren't as informative as they should be and they took a long to get a wind mitigation which I needed. So that's why I'm not very happy with them, but the job looks beautiful and people have commented on how good the roof looks.

The quality of the roof is as promise. Due to numerous communication issues including a dumpster being parked on my septic tank after reviewing several times with the sales team to avoid the tank, I am the one that had to orchestrate most of the communication to them get the dumpster moved. Communication was horrible and inconsistent. Due to that I will not be recommending this company.

I am very happy and pleased with their work and the materials they used on my roof. They did a fantastic job.

The crew showed up on time and worked hard all through the day and came back early the next day to finish the job. They were very efficient in the clean up and checking for nails. Would highly recommend them. The office staff was also great on answering the questions I had and was very prompt on getting back to me if they didn't have the answer when I called.

Good work, good value, and great warranty coverage. My only complaint was with the work crew management. The first issue arose when the delivery crew attempted to have me sign a waiver releasing them of any responsibility if their truck broke my driveway and then attempting to raise the quoted price if I didn't sign. It ended up not being an issue as their truck's conveyor could reach the roof fine from the street but they wouldn't have even tried had I signed the waiver. Secondly, the crew covered up a running HVAC with a tarp to catch debris which caused the unit to overheat and not work for a couple days. Luckily the unit was able to be reset but it still required an HVAC contractor to come out. This issue could have been easily avoided by telling me to shut off the unit before they covered it up.

The product and the workmanship were good but the front office staff was hard to reach. They don't communicate well with one another. Not on the same page.

Troy and all of the staff at CB Roofing did a fantastic job with our roof. I’m convinced that Troy’s interaction with our insurance adjuster had a significant influence on what they agreed to cover. The crew was on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and were constantly picking up and cleaning the job site as they progressed. The few questions we had were answered promptly and professionally and the ladies in the office were always quick to follow up as we coordinated the payment with our insurer.Even though CB Roofing was not the least expensive quote we received for our roof replacement, they were by far the best value and most professional in our opinion. Should we have a need for a roof in the future we won’t bother with others - We’ll call CB Roofing and have them do the work.

I am totally disappointed with the work that was done. From the job they have done the value of my home has dropped. They threatened me with a lien on my home and I am very disappointed with the company. This has been a scam from the beginning and they could not even get the price right, it kept changing. Do your homework before you hire a company to do your roof. There was no communication with me until after the job was completed and there has been no resolution.
