Castle Windows were prompt and the windows helped reduce wind coming in. The service was excellent from the window installers as well as they were courteous, hands on, and worked the entire time.

From our sales rep, to the staff at the local office, through to our installers, Castle Windows did a great job. Joey was very knowledgeable and kind during the sales presentation and was not pushy at all. The staff at the office were on top of things from the very beginning exceeding our expectations on timing for a full house of new windows, and despite a little hiccup with some trim issues, Dean and his team installed the windows well, and our house and yard were completely cleaned up with little to no trace they were even there.
