We had our roofing scheduled for late October. The crew came out, got 98% of the work done and promised to come back and clean up the rest. It took repeated calls and emails to get them back out to finish the job. Debris was left in the yard and in the flowerbeds. We were sold on services and workmanship, and instead it's been a fight to simply get the work finished. It took another handful of visits over the course of two months to get thing finished and properly trimmed. They never fixed the paint that got ripped off during the install, despite leaving paintbrushes in the gutters.
Everything was great, they showed up on time and had excellent workmanship.

Everyone we have been working with has been super friendly and helpful. We had a tree fall on our house 3 days after our new windows were installed, shattering our new sliding glass door. Obviously this wasn't covered under warranty, but when I called them to tell them I needed another new door, they called me back letting me know they were going to bring out a "loaner door" they had from another job that didn't work for the other job. This was above and beyond anything I would have expected, and we appreciated the gesture very much!
