Freddie Armstead did a great job selling us a new door wall for over 13,000 bucks. Ordered in November and fully paid to be installed end of April. Oak trim was taken off and damaged before realizing door was too big for the space. The installers and measuring pro returned and the trim could be cut around the quartz counter top. Not what was planned and a discount should be given
Freddie also could not believe the front door and surrounding wood had not been properly painted. His parents had the same door installation and did not look like this. I had complained before as the paint is peeling around the door and he said C&L would take care of it. Hope to hear back soon on when this will be done. Hate to complain but cannot recommend C&L Ward. We have used C& L Ward for several projects and hope we can trust in customer satisfaction.

C&L Ward get in and do the work. They do not mess around. They are organized and knowledgeable with how long the projects take. Furthermore, they do a good job.

There was a person who came out to measure for the project and pricing. They explained to us the options and gave us a good understanding of what to expect from the process and timing. We didn't have any questions after the initial engagement.

They do quality work, but they are a little higher priced. I do think that you get what you pay for. They did have to do some rework. The siding crew messed up three of my windows. They did do right by me, though.
