They went out of their way to make it happen. We had some design changes at the last minute and design changes during the install and they took care of everything without a problem.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end. Throughout the process things changed a good bit until we were able to figure out what we were looking for and they stayed with it. The measurements were a fraction off and they had the pieces re-manufactured while the guy was installing onsite. I can't really say anything bad about them at all. They had those pieces delivered during the installation so there was no downtime at all. They did a great job.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the salesperson and the installer for their exceptional service. The installer was excellent. He vacuumed up everything and wiped everything down after he was done. They both did a great job.
Additional Comments - I have a closet again!

The help and suggestions provided by the California Closets staff have been greatly appreciated. They have provided various different entertainment centers, book & display cabinets as well as wall & sound & coverings. All of these items have been perfectly installed.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the personality of the people at California Closets. They were great all the way through. They were really good genuine people. I could have them in my house doing all of this and felt fine with them. I like the company for that reason.
