New roof installed. Sloppy work. Poor communication. Don’t expect the work to be tailored to your site. It will be done the same way they always do it, in the quickest and least expensive manner possible. If that works for your situation, that's great. If it doesn't, that's too bad.

We are extremely pleased with the work that the Build Pro Team (Build Pro and Sun Pro) did for us. Even when we had a few hiccups with the contractors that Build Pro hired, the company made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. William Beliles, Vice President of Roofing Operations, went far above and beyond to help us resolve the few hiccups we had. We greatly appreciate his assistance and always following through when he said he would. Shout out to Bryan Allen (our sales rep), Tiffany Pittman and Jacklyn Hughes (Build Pro project coordinators), Jasmine Albrecht (Sun Pro project manager).
