BRH Enterprises was wonderful to work with. Everybody was so pleasant and kind and very communicative.

Every person we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Every question we had was answered honestly. They are not pushy or trying to sell you anything we didn't want. I don't know if we would have had a better, easier experience if we worked with anyone else.

Had an insurance adjuster out soon after the hail damage. BRH caught some added costs that the adjuster missed. They know their business.

I was happy with the roofers and the work they did. I have nothing negative to say.

The office, supervision and field staff were all professional, but there seems to be a disconnect. Somewhere along the line, it was not passed along that I also wanted new gutters and downspouts. I had to inform a few different people I spoke with that I had signed an extra for that work to be done as they did not have a record of it. After they checked and got back to me, they did find it. It has been nearly 6 weeks since my roof has been done. Some of my gutters have been removed and are now buried in the snow in my yard where they were left. I understand that it has been cold and snowy for the past week and a half or so, but we had unseasonably nice weather for the 3 to 4 weeks following the roof install. At this point, I understand that it may not be done in the near future, but I hope it can be done right away in spring.

Also, during the tear off, they sheared off my dryer vent. They did replace it, but the connection was so kinked that the dryer wouldn't dry clothes because no air could get through. I had to completely remove it, re-shape it and reinstall.

The roofing crew did a good job on the roof itself, they cleaned up pretty well, worked hard and were efficient. I was led to believe that the gutter crew would be right behind them within a few days. Had I known it would be six weeks later and my house would still be missing part of the gutters, I would not have agreed to start this project in December. It does make me a little nervous about the snow melting and potential rain on the way, I'm a little worried with the missing gutters that water could end up in my basement.

They were great. I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional, customer service was exceptional, and the job was done in a good amount of time. The result is beautiful; the roof turned out fantastic. I would recommend BRH to anyone.

We are very pleased with the job that BRH Enterprises did on our roof. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently wand were done in less than one day. Cleanup was very thorough after the job was done.

Very qualified workers! The owner, Bryce Hanke is very personable, stands behind his workers, and always checks things over to make sure that they are done correctly. He checks the rain gutters and everything that is a part of the job, instead of just the shingles. The job was completed in a very timely manner.
