Hired Branam James in Dec 2018 to repair damage from Hurricane Michael in Oct 2018. Repair didn't begin until March/April 2020 with roof and interior repairs, with outstanding damage yet to be addressed and the house unlivable and no further action taken. New damage from severe roof leak discovered in Sept 202, leak detection conducted pointing out numerous roof construction fault's. No one from Branam James returned to the property until Feb 2022 to assess the new damage. Repairs finally began in Aug, continuing in Sept, and finally Oct 2022 with repairs being final as claimed by Branam James. Material left in the dining room and their key box still on the front door, other storm related damages unaddressed. Through my own efforts I have discovered Branam James completely skirted the roof inspection and issues I repeatedly went in one ear and out the other. I have yet to be contacted by anyone in reference to the repairs being finalized, a walk through, or the return of my house key. Tony and Jimmy will lie to your face, I wouldn't recommend them for any project.

When they were putting the shingles on with the gun, someone put a gallon of chemicals in the gun and it leaked all over my driveway. They did come back and cleaned it up, but the gun was perfectly clean when I saw it just before they started the work.

Workmanship was top notch, very professional, job foreman communicated with us very well. Subcontractors were well mannered and proficient. Well satisfied with the results.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The painters did a great job underneath the sink. They were wonderful.

It took nearly a year to finish. Changes of managers caused delays. Some things were broken in storage. Disassembled materials were not reassembled. There were too few personnel to manage the project.
