Boyer Pentek did a wonderful job of repairing our home after we had water leak from a toilet seal going bad into the room below. They repaired the drywall, retextured the ceiling, painted and carpeted the room. I also hired them to replace the carpet in the rest of the house due to how wonderful all of the contractors were who came into my house. They were clean, nice, and very professional.
John was the supervisor and I enjoyed working with him. There were a lot of things going on. They did a wonderful job and John was always getting back to me. We agreed upon things. It was slow in the beginning and it was a timing thing, but overall they did a nice job. We started in October and we went back and forth with the upgrades. They couldn't do some things, but not through any fault of theirs. Overall, they adhered to all of our requests and they came through.
If it wasn't for the insurance company picking them they would have never been out here.
Additional Comments - They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything and I don't have any problems. I would recommend them because my insurance likes them and I like them too. I'm waiting for the city to send me the $500 so I can give it to BoyerPentek. If they don't pay it, I'll make sure to pay BoyerPentek.

The work was extremely professional. They were excellent at the job but also very accommodating and friendly. A car crashed into our home and they were there right away. My husband is disabled and they took that into account while doing the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Additional Comments - I realize the dark gray 12" x 12" ceramic tile is not readily available thru BoyerPentek suppliers in vinyl or ceramic tile and has delayed work being completed. Also that this is a small job to be yet completed However, I have located an acceptable product by Flooring 2000 Galaxy Nero dark gray slate 12"x12" tile at Lowe's DIY store in nearby West Mifflin PA. I did not rate all at a 4 star due to total restoration is still not complete as of this date.But hopping could be completed soon as this has been a long completion process for us with much patience on our part. We found BoyerPentek to be highly professional. They did a superb job on my aunt's house. They went above and beyond for us. Allstate did a marvelous job as well. Everything is excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

Work was for unanticipated repair of a damaged ceiling. It was scheduled promptly, performed promptly, and the work crew (plasters and painters) were on time, thorough, polite, courteous, and did a great job! We are very happy with the results!
Slow response time. Had to have them come to my home three times to get the issue fixed. They acted like I should be willing to live with their improper install and told me nothing could be done. Finally, on the third visit they set someone who drill in two screws and resolved the issue.
They were prompt and did work quickly.
Area For Improvement - Well my window isn't fixed yet, they were supposed to show up last Thursday but they didn't. They were supposed to come out to fix it last Thursday but I haven't heard from Jake yet. I don't know if that's a miscommunication.
Certain minor items and details at the end weren't completed.
While in Chicago at Wedding anniversary celebration did I need to get an emergency water problem taking care of. My son called Boyer Pentak and they rushed to the scene as quick as possible to avoid any more water damage. I was able to utilize there blower fans for almost a whole week to get rid of all the dampness to my home.
