I selected Bonner based on the postiive reviews, and after the experience, I can say the reviews are well deserved. Bonner responded to my initial inquiry quickly, and, after learning what I wanted, promptly provided a fair quote. Bonner took care in helping me select the right products, and, prior to the job briefed me on what to expect and answered all of my questions. On the roofing day, the crew arrived early. They were courteous and professional. They took care to work without damaging anything on the ground, and, did a good job cleaning away the old roofing materials. By the end of the day, they were done. It's been two weeks and we've had some hard rains, and no issues whatsoever. A roof is one of the most expensive maintenance projects you can do on a house and I have no regrets having Bonner do that work for me!

Wonderful company. Everyone I worked with there was professional and kept their word. I've used them for two separate roofs and highly recommend them. They handled the coordination with the insurance company, making it so easy for me. Basically, all I had to do is pick out the shingles and pay my insurance deductible.

schedule confirmed, workers start working,New material did not arrived until next week at 6:00 AM Flat bed truck waking up the neighborhood and blocking my cars with material. ALL windows screen on lower level are damage from unprofessional workers . never seen inspector or sales person after job is done, sales person told more than once he will be there on the day on installation. after job is signed never return call or email.

I am very happy with the job that Bonner Built did. The roof looks great and installation was very professional, however, they did not remove leftover materials right away which was very inconvenient for several days. Overall , though, the job was well done, they are knowledgable and the roof looks great.

The crew will communicate with customers more efficiently if some of the crew members speak fluent English. They need to keep the ground clean and hazard free while they are working on the roof. In general, I am satisfied with their service.
