On time, pleasant, helpful, quality work.
The customer service and correspondence regarding my invoice has been terrible. The worst service I have received in a really long time. For weeks, I told your company that the invoice was incorrect. I was repeatedly told that I was wrong. In many cases, I was told "the invoice is correct" without any other dialogue. I finally received confirmation that I was indeed correct (was never issued an apology) and then my new invoice shows up and it is for more than the original invoice. I'm done with this company.
The crew was very professional and helpful. Each day they described what they were going to do. I was very impressed with all the workers. I would definitely recommend BluSky to all my friends and relatives. People look for trustworthy and professional contractors and that's BluSky.
Quick response and quality outcome. BluSky is our "Go-To"!
I highly recommend the company.
I was very pleased with the service
The restoration of the basement took three months. if the crew was there every day,it would have been done sooner
Absolutely, whether you have an insurance claims or not. They work very closely with you and figure out a how to save you money as well.
So far so good. 😊
I thought the quality of the work was subpar. The job site was left in a sloppy state - there were paint spots all over my new vinyl floor which I had to clean up myself, dust and debris all over the floor, and my dryer vent was not secured.
Not unless there would be a huge change about the way they communicate with the customer
BluSky was very responsible and timely. They were were a great advocate in dealing with the insurance company to insure the restoration was complete.
Professional, knowledgeable caring and above all HONEST!
Worst experience ever. Their crew came to do our shingles while we were out of town and when we came back home there were various beer cans thrown on the ground and large uncovered portions of our roof left exposed. That night, a big rainstorm came in which caused water to leak through those uncovered parts. Management was awful at communicating and they took months to get back to us despite their crew drinking on the job. After several months of going back and forth we finally got out of our contract with them. When a new roofing company came to finish their job, they pointed out major flaws in BlueSky's work. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend anyone use this company. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
The mediation portion of BluSky, 'mangled' the house, the hardwood, the trim the sheet rock and carpet. This was the words a professional repair company used. BluSky mediation made this a costly repair.
Project Manager Andy was very professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure that the work was done right and satisfactory. I felt he cared about my home as did his own.
Matt with BlueSky has had my contract since June 20 2023 and it is now February 8, 2024, and I am not in my house. It is only 1700 square feet. By February 29, 2024 my daughter and I will be homeless.
Showed up fast, attacked our water damage mess quickly, texted me often to stay in touch on schedules and plan of action, was thorough on investigation and mitigation and was very thoughtful of our time and property. Overall excellent experience during our water damage loss.
The entire team has given us the best customer service to the staff and our residents!
Still to be determined when job is complete.
BluSky was a recommended vendor through our Home Insurance, so we trusted that. We should have done our research.
What started as a simple floor replacement turned into a complete bathroom renovation taking nearly a year-and-a-half to complete. Our project started in June 2022. It's currently January 2024 and BluSky still hasn't completed their sign-off paperwork nor brought the insurance checks for signature.
Our first Project Manager was fired for doing nothing on their projects. We went months without hearing from them.
Subcontractors did shoddy work.
BluSky failed to do asbestos and lead testing prior to demoing the walls (due to subcontractor's shoddy work), so we had an emergency evacuation of our home until test results came back. Our family lived in a hotel room for a week, and our pets in a kennel.
Constant promises of work to be completed, but never put on the schedule for workers to come out.
I can go on and on about the project and BluSky's shortcomings, but just don't have the time or energy to do so. We are so incredibly glad they are out of our house and will never utilize this company ever again.
always on time and Ian was the best. thank you all
First off they walked in my house with their dirty shoes. No shoe covers whatsoever. The leak- they couldnt figure it out, set up some fans and finally settled on the idea that "it was from snow melting." In -8° weather. I argued that I wondered if we were having a water main leak and they completely dismisses the idea and said it was melting snow. WE HAD NO MELTING SNOW. Because they could not figure out where the water was coming from, they said they would send out another team ASAP And someone would call me. I had to call them. They didn't send out the "team" I was told we would get and they sent another set of 20 year old kids and move some fans around and walked out. Again while the water is STILL leaking!!! So I had to keep the fans longer than intended because of their stupidity and inability to stop the water. Come to find out They don't do anything like that. They just set up the fans and leave. But I was told that they can help diagnose where the water leak was coming from. So I am paying for their further damage that they caused because they were not forthright with me and explaining that they don't diagnose water problems. They're just the fan boys.
They came and placed three fans to help dry out the carpet, and the drywall that had been damaged. But I had water still coming in. They left my house leaking for almost a day and a half until WE diagnosed it. Friday after they moved the fans again, They said they would have somebody come out over the weekend and grab them. They never showed. Monday they finally came by and picked up all their crap. Supposedly they said that they would take off those charges for the days that they were supposed to come in and grab the fans.
They had the audacity to charge me $1,400 for running fans for 3 DAYS. Claiming they did multiple hours of work in my house. They were there for 20-35 minutes AT MOST moving fans around in hopes things would "dry out". I think they spent more time in their trucks on the phone and charging me for it. But they will charge you All sorts of weird charges that you are are not aware of until you receive the bill. I was told the fans were about 25 bucks a day to rent and that was it. I have all sorts of random charges per square footage of the bedroom they had fans in and a bunch of other weird random charges that I can't get straight answers to why they are there.
This company is GARBAGE. I am beyond furious Because this company has done nothing but lie and be deceitful about their services and their abilities.
My basement flooded less than a week before Christmas so prompt response was key. Blue Sky was efficient pleasant and knowledgeable. Helped me understand the water mitigation process and how moisture is measured in materials like Sheetrock or wood.
Super fast and professional!
