In my opinion they were very professional and executed excellent workmanship. Although they over reacted to what I considered a minor issue. And the that led to a considerable time lapse. I understand that they have procedures which need to be followed.

BlueSky must have had "big" projects happening at the same time as our smaller roof replacement. It felt like we were put on the back burner and forgotten about. We were the ugly step child no one wanted.
