Areas Of Satisfaction - Our tenant has strict procedures when it comes to accessing/working in the building. Kendra worked with us to follow all the procedures by providing us the demo schedule, impact to tenant, and all technicians working in the building 48 hours in advance. Reports/emails were really thorough and she was always a phone call away answering any questions we and/or the tenant had.
