Communication and timelines for completion could have been much better. The demo folks broke fixtures and the install folks kept extra inventory that I gave them to draw from.

There were too many issues regarding estimates and incorrect pricing structures applied to this project as well as invoices never being paid. Most of the issues stemmed from delayed communication between myself, Jaime Garcia and Daryl Pierce.
