The mediation portion of BluSky, 'mangled' the house, the hardwood, the trim the sheet rock and carpet. This was the words a professional repair company used. BluSky mediation made this a costly repair.

Had water damage due to bursting pipes, Blusky Restoration remodelers where out there promptly to take measurements as needed, paint sample, removed cabinets from wall, got a plumber into disconnect the sink etc... Cleanup team was excellant as well!!!
I believe BluSky to be a quality organization, but I would definitely recommend any user of their services to be as involved in the project as they can be (especially if it is their personal residence.) As I suggest below in my other remarks, the property owner has an opportunity to elevate the project by paying attention to details that may fall through the cracks between major stages of the work.
