We are extremely happy with the renovations done by Don Beard and his crew. A special shout out to Jim Brewer, our highly skilled carpenter, who creatively adjusted to the imperfections of an older home to make our ideas work. Every person on the team was skilled and pleasant to work with. There were no surprises monetarily. All costs were transparent. The communication level was excellent. Don let us know on a daily basis which workers were showing up and the jobs they would be doing. We have already recommended BluSky to family members who have contracted services with them. Thanks for an excellent job and a great experience working with Don Beard and his crew!
I understand, due to severe weather, the company was backed up. After our entire approx. 8 month process was over, I can only count one time a member of their team called to give me a general update of where I'm at on the wait. While the actually employee that repaired my bathroom was great, everyone else seemed to not care what so ever. Even the plumber the company hired was unprofessional and didn't bring the correct materials needed.
Took care of the problem pretty quickly
BluSky responded quickly at the time of our water event. Their response time and efforts reduced further damage. They worked quickly to repair damages and kept us up to date on all activities.
Additional Comments - Don Beard was the man who communicated with us. I think he managed the project. He was very good. He kept us fully and frequently informed.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was impressed with their timeliness, action plan for treatment, and following up consistently ensuring their treatments were working. Ultimately everything they worked on was very effective and I recommend them and will use them again.

While the techs were very friendly they seem to lose their enthusiasm once I let them know insurance was not going to pay for the repairs. And I feel the price they are charging for an emergency visit (where they a repair was not made, just reinforcing so the problem did not get worse) was astronomical.
