No I am not likely to recommend BluSky as a contractor. Our basement had a broken outside spicket that caused damage and water to flood the basement. As far as cleanup, drying out the basement etc BluSky did awesome. However on the renovation to get things back in order there was a lack of communication, not being able to get contractors, etc. I just did all the painting myself because they couldn't get a painter and did the basement cabinetry myself as they were overcharging on the cabinetry on what was estimated. Overall the constructions aspect and communication was lacking

If you bid a job according to the labor that you think is required to complete the work and half the things on your bid is not required or is just not done you should not try to bill anyone for work just because you bid the job out for that amount. If you are charging some one for hourly labor then you should make sure that the actual hours worked coincides with the hours that you billing for'

I could not be happier with the work provided. The finished product is even better than expected. Everything was finished to perfection and the work completed very efficiently.
