Horrible..absolutely horrible. I would never recommend BluSky to anyone. Unprofessional and waste of time and money. Had numerous contractors in and out of my home for the past 6 months. If they would hire people who knew what they were doing and not the cheapest bid. I had measurement taken for replacement door and window from a siding leak. Special ordered the window and door just to be told by the contractor that it wasn’t the right size..when he was the one who took and gave me the measurements. When I had concerns about the work being preformed. I was told we would discuss at the final walk through. When a laminate floor is being put down incorrect and your spouse points it out to the worker and his response is..I have never done flooring before
If your home is going through a disaster, don't call disaster one because you'll just end up with another disaster.
Trees fell on our house May 1 and 2 months later we were still living under a tarp. It took a second event, rain coming into the house from the loose tarp, before we could get someone from Disaster One to schedule a contractor to come out. The excuse we were given was "someone dropped the ball on this one". Even after the ball was picked up it didn't travel far. Contractors would not show up for weeks at a time. By October most of the repairs were completed and we had had enough. We signed off and told them not to come back. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them.

Great friendly people. Knew what they where doing. Got the job done in a timely manner.
They got the job done!
Blusky exceeded my expectations. Truly fast and hard-working. Professional and courteous.
I was very please with the work BluSky Restoration Contractors did on my house. Very professional work. Everyone was very nice to work with.
I had not actually used Disaster One while under the name Disaster One, but used Blusky who purchased Disaster One. Blusky did a great job remediating a water leak in one of our homes. They were quick to get to the home and were professional in appearance and in conversation. Look forward to using Blusky in the future.
They are a great company that is considerate. They are great to deal with.
Loved working with Paul! Paul was very professional and got me all of my information in a timely manner. Paul was always on top of what was going on in my home. I would definitely recommend Disaster One.
They did an excellent job.
When our guest house flooded, Disaster One arrived within hours of our call to our insurance company. Jacob was very professional, courteous and competent in flood mitigation. He worked very hard to get all carpeting, etc., removed from the home and installed fans and dehumidifiers to ensure mold would not be a problem. I highly recommend this company.
Great job and professional staff.
I have nothing negative to say regarding Disaster One. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.
They are really nice, personable, quick. They came right out when we had a basement full of water.
considerate and courteous people
The workers were good, but the Project Manager wasn't. We had to fire them, because we had so many issues.
We are very satisfied with the services completed!
Fast. Efficient. Extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company. They answered every question and were very thorough.
"One" Star is Generous.
Regarding the mitigation work - Wenceslao was very courteous and professional and communicated with us throughout the process. I was very impressed with his attitude and work ethic and would highly recommend BluSky Restoration Contractors to others in need of mitigation work.
The cost to just remove material and dry out is too expensive, but may be market competitive; I don’t know. The hard rip out labor was done on day one. The rest is just dryers, humidifiers, and a brief daily check. I don’t think it’s worth $5,600.
Disaster One was quick to respond to my issue. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. I had no doubt that I was in good hands!
They haven't started the job, and are not following the contact.
Disaster One is very timely in their response.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! We incurred further damage to our home which they refused to compensate us for and their lack of professionalism is not be tolerated.
Working with Disaster One was the one of the worst experiences of my life. My mother took her life in her home with a gun in her bedroom and the homeowner's insurance carrier recommended use of Disaster One to repaint the walls and recarpet the bedroom. Not only did they fail at the job over and over, they blamed me and my husband for the poor work and mishandling of the claim, causing us unnecessary travel, time off work and grief. I eventually went to the Better Business Bureau only to arrive at another dead end with this company. I hired another contractor who completed the job quickly in 3 days and was finally able to sell my mom's home with satisfactory repairs. After losing my mom, especially in the manner she died, it was absolutely horrible dealing with this terrible company. They were insensitive and incapable of painting the room, carpeting the room and made my husband and I feel horrible, during the loss of my mom. And to pour more salt in my wound, the survey I am completing was sent to me at my address in my mother's name, for her to complete. Unbelievable. I will never forget the horrible treatment and customer service from Disaster One and will never use them again and advise all my friends and family of the same. Disaster One took a grieving family and made the situation so much worse.
I think Disaster One has a great team of professionals who strive to do an excellent job.
They were very good and did what they said they would do.
I was very pleased with the work that Disaster One did on my home's water damage. They left my house looking better than it did before the damage occurred.
I would give them an "A" rating.
Disaster One's quick response brought us much needed comfort that everything would be taken care of.
I thought they went above and beyond in satisfying me. I was more than happy! They were professional, courteous, and timely.
Showed up unpapered. Staff was courteous but unorganized. Pricing was very fair.
Disaster One is a poor excuse for a company. The management is not cooperative and is poor excuse for management. My house was supposed to be completed in 6 to 7 months. It is now 1 year and 8 months and it still is not finished. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully this will never happen to me again but if it does I would never never never use Disaster One again.
It was a really stressful situation that they made easier to live with. They finished the work the day before my husband returned from deployment. They made sure to get it done before he arrived.
we were communicated with effectively in beginning and had hope the the work would be done in a timely manner but there seem to be an issue with the subcontractors that kept Disaster One from completing their work on time.Hopefully they've learned how to do better job next time.
in general they were prompt beging the process of driing prop equirespon was timely
I would recommend Disaster One.
They were courteous, professional, and they did everything that they said they were going to do. The quality of their work was impeccable.
They did a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone.
We were very pleased with the outcome. The area they repaired is simply beautiful and we enjoyed all of the people that were sent. They were polite, respectful, and helpful! The people who did the brickwork took pride in their work. We are very satisfied with the outcome!
Don't use Disaster One for your repairs. Stay away.
I've already recommended them.
They were great. It did not take them long to get there.
The main thing is that they are professional. They impressed me with everything they do and I like their friendliness. They aspire to work with you any way they can and go out of their way to make you happy.
