Horrible..absolutely horrible. I would never recommend BluSky to anyone. Unprofessional and waste of time and money. Had numerous contractors in and out of my home for the past 6 months. If they would hire people who knew what they were doing and not the cheapest bid. I had measurement taken for replacement door and window from a siding leak. Special ordered the window and door just to be told by the contractor that it wasn’t the right size..when he was the one who took and gave me the measurements. When I had concerns about the work being preformed. I was told we would discuss at the final walk through. When a laminate floor is being put down incorrect and your spouse points it out to the worker and his response is..I have never done flooring before
If your home is going through a disaster, don't call disaster one because you'll just end up with another disaster.
Trees fell on our house May 1 and 2 months later we were still living under a tarp. It took a second event, rain coming into the house from the loose tarp, before we could get someone from Disaster One to schedule a contractor to come out. The excuse we were given was "someone dropped the ball on this one". Even after the ball was picked up it didn't travel far. Contractors would not show up for weeks at a time. By October most of the repairs were completed and we had had enough. We signed off and told them not to come back. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them.

Great friendly people. Knew what they where doing. Got the job done in a timely manner.
They got the job done!
Blusky exceeded my expectations. Truly fast and hard-working. Professional and courteous.
I was very please with the work BluSky Restoration Contractors did on my house. Very professional work. Everyone was very nice to work with.
I had not actually used Disaster One while under the name Disaster One, but used Blusky who purchased Disaster One. Blusky did a great job remediating a water leak in one of our homes. They were quick to get to the home and were professional in appearance and in conversation. Look forward to using Blusky in the future.
They are a great company that is considerate. They are great to deal with.
Loved working with Paul! Paul was very professional and got me all of my information in a timely manner. Paul was always on top of what was going on in my home. I would definitely recommend Disaster One.
They did an excellent job.
When our guest house flooded, Disaster One arrived within hours of our call to our insurance company. Jacob was very professional, courteous and competent in flood mitigation. He worked very hard to get all carpeting, etc., removed from the home and installed fans and dehumidifiers to ensure mold would not be a problem. I highly recommend this company.
Great job and professional staff.
I have nothing negative to say regarding Disaster One. They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.
They are really nice, personable, quick. They came right out when we had a basement full of water.
considerate and courteous people
The workers were good, but the Project Manager wasn't. We had to fire them, because we had so many issues.
We are very satisfied with the services completed!
Fast. Efficient. Extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company. They answered every question and were very thorough.
"One" Star is Generous.
Regarding the mitigation work - Wenceslao was very courteous and professional and communicated with us throughout the process. I was very impressed with his attitude and work ethic and would highly recommend BluSky Restoration Contractors to others in need of mitigation work.
The cost to just remove material and dry out is too expensive, but may be market competitive; I don’t know. The hard rip out labor was done on day one. The rest is just dryers, humidifiers, and a brief daily check. I don’t think it’s worth $5,600.
