If I could give Luis ten stars, I would. He was professional, customer service oriented, and very knowledgeable.
I am very pleased with the job Blackmon Mooring did to restore the accident damage to my garage including electrical and A/C lines. They were excellent in workmanship and all of them very respectful and curteous! I recommend them highly.
I was very pleased with the work that was done.
They were always on time and provided an excellent customer service
Blackmon Mooring was contracted by my rental insurance carrier after my apartment was exposed to heavy water damage and mold. Before we filed the claim we already knew that we needed to move our items in order to save them so many of our possessions were already boxed. It is also important to note that we had clearly agreed with the supervisor at blackmon on a 7-Day time frame for them to do a clear out of the unit. We were told that everything would be cleaned and sanitized sterilized in order to kill any possible mold spores and anything that could not be restored would be forwarded to our insurance company. The next day they sent over the person in charge of the cleanup who asked us for the key for our unit to make the process easier. They also gave us a sheet that was very long listing off a variety of different items of things to throw away we marked through this and we said empty water damaged boxes only - none for appliances. There was an extreme language barrier and not the type that you would expect in San Antonio Texas.Over 10 days went by and we had not received our key and had gone over the signed agreement with the landlord on having the apartment emptied. They were still packing (later we discovered this was because they were unpacking the boxes that we had packed to contain something such as a single book). After they ran nearly twice the time passed what they were expected at "the maximum" and a "three day job" we returned to the apartment to clean it out.It was not empty. Although blackmon had claimed that they had finished their job, there was a station wagons worth of stuff left behind in the apartment as we were already past the time that we were supposed to be out of the building we had to bring it with us for the full year it took for us to relocate. When I did receive my items back, as I am disabled and live with a caregiver, I was livid to discover that Not only was a vast majority of my possessions missing and still missing now! A year later! Broken by Blackmon, was not cleaned in any shape or form, (hint: lift your seat cushions), and then they tried to tell me that the damage pre-existed when the boot print in the middle of my Tempur-Pedic box spring conveniently matched the boot print that was in the center of the checklist that they gave us to identify if any boxes were missing. Also we had two boxes on our itemization sheet listed #44.We also pointed out that and item that they were dropping off was not ours! The delivery person's said that's okay you can keep it anyway!!!!Perhaps the most insulting experience of this entire ordeal considering the fact that they packed moldy items with items that were not moldy thus destroying them, bagged and tagged items to be thrown away which we specifically said we did not allow them to do - even called and insisted that they could not throw them away and yet found that they were disposed of- listed memory foam pillows as $5 value items so I did not get the appropriate reimbursement from my rental insurance company....But it took over half a year in order to get somebody from Blackmon Mooring to acknowledge this issue and that they had made any mistake whatsoever despite the photographic evidence.Their offer? $250.That won't even replace the two pairs of prescription glasses that they lost and were told not to pack. There were specific tables they were told not to touch and this was the result. Now I am unable to go out in the day because I do not have the prescription glasses I need for my eye condition. If you would enjoy having your items broken undervalued and being condescended to certainly go with Blackmon Mooring, otherwise,You would be better off asking the shifty guy on the corner who you're pretty sure was the one who broke into your car last week...
5!
Your staff was unprofessional, rude, and down right ignorant. Am posting multiple reports throughout social media regarding the incident at my home. I was treated disrespectfully, embarrassed in my front yard and you are fortunate I'm not suing for the incident that took place IN MY FRONT YARD. I will never recommend your company to anyone in the future. Fortunately my insurance company is now aware and will unlikely refer your company to future customers.
I wish they were more professional.
