The roof looks great. The problem was that the counter flashing around brick areas was poorly applied the first time and had to be redone. This included a bad application of putty, which hung in globs. There was a communication problems about the color of the flashing. They did take my concerns seriously and did their best to correct. Unfortunately, as the counter flashing involves scoring the bricks, the correction meant it had to be bigger than it would have been.

Job completed on time and at quoted cost, no surprises. Communication was very good through the whole process. Crew was professional and friendly.

Better Way Roofing was professional and responded to communications in a timely manner, unlike many other contractors we have reached out to for various projects. The project started and finished on-time, albeit with some weather delays. But their scheduled was communicated as was forced to change. The finished product looks good and the issues we had before the job have been fixed. The price quote was very competitive and delivered in a timely manner after the site visit by Lyle. Overall, a positive experience with Better Way and we can recommend their services.
