I am not likely to recommend them because of the billing person with the insurance. If she had been more professional, it would have been a 3 or a 4 rating., and working through the insurance would have been a 4 rating.
There were some minor human-related issues, which were addressed in a timely manner. We don't expect everyone to be perfect.
They were very easy to work with, reliable, clean, and professional.

Best Way Roofing went above and beyond to make our experience as painless as possible. Luis was the most upfront, knowledgeable and helpful roofer we met as searched for a professional to install our new roof! The job was a complete teardown and we thought it would take 3-4 days. Best Way Roofing was amazing - They so efficient and thorough in both the construction and cleanup on the jobsite. The Owens Corning product that they work with has given our home a beautiful new crown. I would highly recommend them.

If your claim involves your insurance company, Nathan would go the distance with them. Our roof replacement did not involve insurance, and Nathan’s price was very fair.

Luis Aguysa from Best Way Siding and Roofing was very professional and punctual since our first appointment. He was very detailed in the products and process of the installation of the new roof. The workers showed up on time and left everything clean when they left. We are very pleased with our new roof.
I told the Best Way Siding & Roofing people before they came to install the roof that they need to be careful with the flowers and some of my flowers were damaged. These are the flowers that are directly adjacent to the house so they should have been protected a little bit better. They were a little bit too casual saying things like, "Oh, they'll go back". My flowers are here for the season and it's here for my enjoyment. Just a little bit too casual with it. I understand certain things may happen but you have to have a better way of dealing with people when things like that happen instead of simply waving it off and acting as if, you know, oh well. That goes along with character. Especially saying that and, kind of, emphasizing that in the beginning. When things came off the roof, they didn't take enough care to make sure that some of the flowers didn't get destroyed. I didn't like the fact that they overpromised us things and kept telling me things were here when there not. I understand there might be shortages and whatnot with the company because of the pandemic but if you don't have the product, then you don't have the product. Why tell me you have it when you don't. So then, I had to call in and say, "You don't have my shares do you?". I shouldn't have to do that when it became obvious that they didn't have this stuff, I was away from home for about a week when they should have installed the product and they didn't but that was ok because we had some rainy weather. They, actually, told me the products were at my house but when I came, there was nothing there. Those were some of the issues I had with them.
