Absolutely professional and kind!

Everyone at Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement was professional. The crew got here when expected and got the job done earlier than quoted. I have no complaints!

I would not likely recommend Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement because the installation took too long. I paid for the installation upfront, and my installation was scheduled for the 25th. I spoke with one of the ladies and she informed me that they did not submit the paperwork on time and there was a paper that was missed in signing. They fumbled the paperwork which delayed the roofing installation. I was told I was a priority but then my installation was not completed until a month later.

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement does good work. However, I feel that I paid too much money for the turbines and the 2 rolls of roofing. Their prices are outrageous. They brought out 8 bundles and only used 2, took back the rest. I would have felt better if they had left the extra shingles after they were done with the work. It is really outrageous that it was $4000 for that, and I am very dissatisfied with it. I will say again, they do quality work, but their prices are outrageous.

They helped me with the insurance company. I had been turned down before with my insurance coverage, and they did an excellent job in helping me get my roof covered by my homeowner's insurance.

Everybody with Best Choice is knowledgeable, honest, and 1st class. Their installation employees (Jenni Decoff, Duke and his entire installation crew) are the best I have ever seen. They clean up everything as if they had never been there and do perfect installation work. They show up on time, work very hard, and get the job done quickly with perfect communication. Avery Morgan and the entire sales team are honest, knowledgeable , with perfect communication and follow up.

They did a really good job. It looks good.

DO NOT use this company. Their poor workmanship has caused thousands of dollars of damage to my home. I tried for months to get someone to call me back about the damage. Finally got the Co-Owner and he would do nothing but lie every time we spoke. He would say he was sending someone out. They never showed up. He then stopped answering my calls. This is the WORST company to deal with. Please don’t waste your time or money with them. You will regret it.
