1. My onsite project manager was only here when I called and complained.
2. The installers did not use the canopy protection system until I called and complained.
3. The installers did not clean up their own lunch trash.
4. We had to chase trash thru the neighborhood. The plastic wrapping around the bundles of roofing were thrown on the ground and blew thru the neighborhood.
5. There was no one on site I could communicate with as I do not speak Spanish.
6. The project manager wanted to bill me for boards used on roof based on number of boards the installers asked to be delivered not on what was actually used. I used the pictures our project manager provide to me to show the installers were trying to over charge for replacement boards.
As of today, they have not done what they said they would do.

The service was prompt. They were very helpful. They showed up on time. The process was completed in a day, and the new roof looks great.

I would recommend anyone that I know that needed a roof.
Constant communication about the process, what to expect, and who to contact with any questions.
I was consistently told information that was untrue for them to save money or avoid fulfilling the promised verbal agreement I had when agreeing to work with them. Everyone was lying.
I have been perfectly happy with them.
