Your salesman Erick (who I was told no longer works with BCR) was not honest with me. I shared with him that I had Gutter Guard installed the previous year and his response was we work with that system all the time. After I paid and signed and scheduled the work contract I received a phone call asking me to sign a waiver. Not what the waiver was about just sign it. My response is I don’t sign what I don’t know understand. Then I was told about the Waiver in regards to Gutter Guard’s lifetime warranty would be void if your installers remove and reinstall. Another option was for me to pay Gutter Guard to remove and replace after BCR had completed the new roof. That was 3 days before your scheduled installation. The roof did not have any leaks. I was trying to be proactive. Currently in our Neighborhood there are many many roofs being replaced and covered by insurance because of hail damage just a month before BCR Installed mine. I also asked your representative if there was any hail damage and his response was no. As a senior citizen I feel like I was taken advantage of by BCR representatives.

My representative assisted us very well, guiding us through the process with our insurance claim. He was very professional and always available if we had questions.

I liked the people. Everyone was nice and professional. My only complaint was that in the initial pre-signing of the contract, I was told that I would receive $300 back after the project (for reasons I can't remember). Instead I got a phone call asking me for over $300 after completion. When I inquired as to the reason since I'd paid all of the out-of-pocket expenses already, I was told, yes, this is likely a mistake. I received a call back stating that the good news was I'd be receiving $146 back but not the rest because Matthew had told me incorrect information at that initial pre-signing. Matthew was good enough to send to open another location (he'd told me he was leaving the area at the contract signing to open a new location down south) but he didn't know enough to give me the correct information? In my opinion, they should've stuck with what I was told at the contract signing.Then I was forced to call repeatedly even to get that reduced amount. Something about corporate having signed it but not mailed it. This went on for a couple of months before I finally got it in the mail.

I have had to have crews return multiple times to repair rain water damage and sheet metal not installed back as was before the roof replacement was done. It is difficult to communicate with crews. One day, a crew member grabbed my lawn sprinkler and was using it to pry open a door to a car he was locked out of. I was glad to help get them into their car, but didn’t like just grabbing up my things.

I feel confident recommending BCR to anyone. I had a great, worry-free experience.

As of right now, it appears they have done a good job putting on the roof. They were a little later than expected getting started, but of course, weather played a part in that. They were in and out, as expected. I can't say anything definitive at this time, but I think it wouldn't be something I recommend them for. I haven't found any problems thus far. It looks like it is good quality.
