I was promised a tarp on my roof in May of 2025 because of the roof leaking into my home. They never showed with the tarp. I was then told that they would be there to fix my roof at the end of May, and it was rescheduled at least 3 times. We had finally made contact with the general manager, and he was finally able to get someone there to fix our roof in July. He then informed us that he would help us cover the cost of the damage to our ceilings from the leaks, and we have yet to see where the check is to fix our ceilings. We continue to have things fall from our attic into our kitchen because of the hole that we have in our kitchen from the leaks.

Did not show up on correct day. Showed up without a heads up the next day, one of the roofers jumped my fence instead of just knocking on the door. Made a hole in my ceiling in my laundry room when moving the vent to the water heater. Left a hole in the roof then just covered it with a bunch of caulking. Still have a leak coming through a spot in the roof.

Ready to take your money. Somewhat slow on work. Lied about getting gutters, etc. done week after roof. Came quickly on first report of roof leak. Has done nothing about 2nd and 3rd reports except make appointment he did not keep.

After we agreed to do the roof it took them 6 weeks to get around to it and between the time we signed paperwork to do it and the time it was done, the roof continued leaking and I was going to go with "damage continued to spread" and that now we have leaks in other areas that weren't addressed when they came and did the original assessment.
