I had the worst experience with Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement Inc. They are the worst company I've ever used.

They were very professional and really care about the job!

Great Job

When you talk about doing a roof, the soffit and fascia are a part of the roof. They only changed the shingles and wood that needed to be replaced. The top of my roof looks great, but underneath looks terrible! It's like buying shoes without shoelaces.

We were told there would be a supervisor on the job site who spoke English. This did not happen and made it very difficult to communicate when there were issues. Materials were not removed on the day we were promised. We had to follow up to get them removed.

They did a very good job and put it on in a day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great job. Had a good process to counter the insurance company’s attempts to dodge responsibility. Once claim was approved, everything was explained to me about the whole process and what I was responsible for and what they were responsible for and Best Choice thoroughly inspected my property(even inside the attic) and let me know what to expect in terms of decking needing to be replaced. In the end there were no surprises and the workmanship was of good quality.

Yes, I will recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone that has roofing questions and needs for a new roof. Everyone involved were personal and professional. They were an awesome TEAM to work with.
