I am still cleaning up roofing nails around my house.

They put a lower quality material on my roof and since July I have been trying to work out a way to fix the issue.

All the people I came in contact with were very professional and timely in getting the job done. They did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves, and they did a good job. Also, Cole Crabs salesperson was great.

It’s going to be a little while longer before I can fully answer that. They did extremely good work, and it was completed quickly, but there is still one thing that hasn’t been finished—the paperwork for the certified roof. Everything looks great and appears to have been done correctly, as far as I can tell, but I’m still waiting for them to finalize the certifications so I can get more back from the insurance company.

The communication is non-existent and you better me home when they are doing the work because they advertise they will protect your landscaping, but not unless you ask or demand they do what they say they are going to do.

They finished it as quickly as possible. We had a roof emergency. They were very communicative and were able to get us scheduled as quickly as possible.

It was a good experience. The roof looks great.

I was satisfied with the work done by Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement Inc, but not the $2,000.00 over-estimate price.

The people that came out to the house, Sierra, were very, very pleasant. They were easy to talk to, very helpful in helping make decisions and choices. They went out of their way for me. I highly recommend them to friends. I have even told a couple of people about the work and how friendly and helpful they were. I was very pleased.
