Follow through was weak to say the least. Poor communication from office staff. Had to call back multiple times and I’m still waiting on answers.

They were extremely nice to me. They worked with me. I have no complaints about them at all.

The process after the installation turned me off of this company.

I like the work that they did. They came out and talked to me about the various options. I had a lot of specific questions to ask them about how it was going to be done on certain areas of my roof. They took the time to answer my questions and actually did what they said.

They were quick once they got started, they cleaned up very well, and their follow through was appropriate.

They said they would do something and didn't do it. There is a big dip in the front of my roof, and no one has come to fix it. They also took one of my cameras down and threw it away, but they didn't replace it.

They need to communicate with their customers better.

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement did a good job, except they ruined five packs of shingles by raising the trailer, which was costly. They should have done a better job with that.

My first situation was that I scheduled for Friday, and they came two days earlier; they came on Wednesday.

They showed up at 6:30 am, and a gentleman rang my doorbell at 7 am. I asked who he was; he said he was there to do the work. Then he asked if I was notified by the assistant, and I told him no. He replied, "We are here to do the work today." My second situation: I was not expecting to pay $3,000 more. I was prepared to pay at least $500 more. I felt I was overcharged for the wood. (I live in a condo, and it's not that large). I gave them $1,000 toward the $3,000 that day. They put me on a payment plan. They took the first initial payment in October. They wanted checks for the balance, and I did not have enough checks to give them. I spoke with someone in the corporate office. As a result of the person writing the incorrect credit card expiration date down, the credit card declined. I started receiving threatening notifications left on my door saying they were going to revoke my warranty. I received a letter stating they were going to place a lien on my property. I called corporate and that's when I found out that the person who took the credit card information wrote down the incorrect credit card expiration date. I received no apology from the company for their mishap and it stressed me out. I will not be referring them. Next, the crew was supposed to do a complete clean-up of my property. There were several nails found in my parking lot and yard. I had to go around and pick them up.

I am very satisfied with the work they did. It makes a big difference with the way the house looks. I like the way they have their warranty set up. I am very pleased.

I was consistently told information that was untrue for them to save money or avoid fulfilling the promised verbal agreement I had when agreeing to work with them. Everyone was lying.

My representative assisted us very well, guiding us through the process with our insurance claim. He was very professional and always available if we had questions.

Excellent communication, prompt service

The sales was great, but the job was rushed and poor workmanship. They damaged my gutters and left a huge mess on my siding and gutters. They left black streaks on the siding. They ended up compensating me for the damage on the gutters. I would not recommend them because of the issues.
