Everybody was really great to work with, easy going, and made it a pleasant experience. They got the old roof off and the new roof on in one day. They cleaned up well and I really don't have any complaints.

My contract states that I was supposed to get wind mitigation, which I did get it done, but they just won't provide it to me, and I need to provide it to my insurance company. My insurance rates went up. It is not that I didn't get the roof put on, and it is not that I didn't get the wind mitigation, but they are not responding to my texts, they are not responding to my emails, they are not responding to my calls, and the inspector is not allowed to give it to me directly. They are making the process nearly impossible. Like, what is the point of getting a roof done if I can't even get the discount? That is a lot of money to pay when you can't even get what you are supposed to get out of it. It was back in September and now it is February. That is more than enough time.
