Berlinger considered my repair a part time job, working one or two days a week and half days at that. Some weeks not sending anyone. The floor they installed was of low quality and only my complaint made them change it. Workmanship was shoddy and unprofessional when they could get away with it. It took over 6 months to complete a repair that should have taken 6 weeks at most ! Most of the time they didn't return my calls, and had to complain to their boss , and then to the Insurance company.
