BELFOR was assigned by my insurance co, and responded promptly after a tree fell on my house during a rain storm. They packed up the house and moved it out if the house. They sealed off the kitchen as a zip room as it didn't need any repair. My question is ,why seal off the room and then pack up everything in all the drawers and cabinets, even the pantry cabinet. I got the impression that more boxes packed, more money paid. They left everything clean and were very prompt on the job. The job is not yet complete.

I used Belfor because that's who my insurance company sent out to give a repair estimate on a water damage claim. The repairs took over a year to complete! To Belfor's credit, they used some vendors that I would be happy to use again. I never had the feeling that Belfor valued me as a customer; I was just a job that they could get to as was convenient for them.

I was very impressed with the work that was done and how well the contractors respected our home and cleaned up at the end of each day so we could easily live as close to normal during the week long project. They said they should be done in a week and I didn't really believe it, but they did, and did it very well.
