The contractors enlisted to work on our flood damaged basement were not very good. They spent long hours in my home doing a bad job. It took 6 months to finish it. They seemed to forget us often unless I reached out to ask about progress. Had someone here for 12 hours and have to return to fix the poor job he did. The basement is finally finished but the process was horrible.

When they first contacted me about my garage problem because someone hit my garage sliding door, which was an older door, they came over and said they would take care of it and make sure it was good. It took them a little while to take off one door, and then they were going to do the other door. It was months before they came back. They had put a temporary door on. When they did come back, the door didn't fit and didn't roll well. They replaced the glass on the other door. I didn't discover until later that they only painted one of the doors and left us with the paint to paint it. The cost was outrageous for what they did.

It not a great experience to have with a tree falling on my house, but I remember it fondly because of the care that they took with the job.

I would recommend Belfor - Omaha under the pretense that Tanner is the point of contact. We were initially charged for the paint to paint the garage, but we decided to leave it white. When I spoke with Tanner today, he deducted the charge since it would not be fair for them to charge me for work they did not do.
