The end result is excellent, but the bureaucratic process between my insurance company, Belfor, a third-party estimator and a sub-contractor who actually performed the work was cumbersome. It took three months to begin work, and two weeks to complete the job.
Through COVID and all the problems we had, they finally got here and got the work done. It took awhile, but I was very happy to see them get here and get things done.
They did a terrific. I have no complaints did a wonderful job with everything!
The guys did outstanding work! Belfor is a great company.
Belfor was exceptional in EVERY aspect of the restoration process. Every one who had a part in my restoration was outstanding, Bill, Earl, Shannon and Rene were great,
I hired Belfor to fix my home when a tree fell on it Christmas Day leaving me homeless. I feel like the entire process was rushed and I ended up covering a lot of the final steps out of pocket. I was without Heat and air conditioning from June 2018 until October 2018, while it was brutally hot with the heat wave we had, when I had to hire an outsourced company to fix my heating and air conditioning which was said to be a result of the construction materials overloading the system. The entire situation was a mess and honestly it was much more stress than a single mother should have had to go through overall. I literally lost everything that was of value and was left to manage that plus flooring on my upper level out of pocket because it was not communicated properly what would be needed via funding. The entire process was stressful and unnerving while hearing griping from my neighbors about loose materials around my under construction house. Will not use the services again.
