We had a project with Belfor that lasted 2 yrs and I know some of the delays were with covid but Belfor had multiple chances to make things right and they missed on every opportunity. We had multiple job foreman and mistake after mistake all of which put our house in disarray. Sorry but with that said I cannot recommend Belfor for any project
They know their business and are very conscientious and available almost immediately.

Attention to detail with the emphasis of making the customer satisfied and meeting their expectations.Billing from Belfor sent directly to insurance underwriter. Based on Belfor's efficiency I received a check from Allstate within days.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
