They did a great job. Second time in about 8 yrs. I used them again because they were awesome the first time. This second home disaster they handled just as well.

Made a difficult process that much harder and expensive. In hindsight would not have used them had i known the process would end up this way. we got a nice house after the fire out their work but not without alot of heartache and headaches. Multiple mistakes and lack of transparency regarding the financial component of our house restoration.

The work that was done was satisfactory, but not the agreed upon work. The initial representative told me they would re-route the pipes in the bathroom so they wouldn't be against the exterior of the house. The contractors did not perform this work. When I asked them to re-route the pipes, another contractor came and said that adding insulation would be sufficient. The only reason I went with Belfor was because they stated the pipes would be re-routed, so ultimately it was not a good experience. It also took 3 months to complete the repair work.

They took money from my insurance company and never started the job just kept putting me off with promises to get started I had to secure another contractor on my own

I was very dissatisfied. They came and didn't do what they were supposed to do. The only person that did any work was the woman packing up the stuff as they left.
