Yes! good balance of sales in the front end (introduction of product, show pieces/parts used, options) costs and what install day looks like. Install day went very well and impressed and quality and speed of install. House and roof look much improved! I expect (and hear) Bealing/OC stand behind any problems found and take care of those problems fast. Yes, paid more than other quotes, but I wanted to "check the roof install box" and have confidence it's done well, don't need haggling with contractors, or problems happening post install that shouldn't happen.

I was very satisfied with the roof replacement you performed for us. There were four different roofs on the house to replace, and it involved removing siding, soffit, and facia and everything was replaced just like the original. I was kept informed about the progress and any changes that were needed. I was also impressed with the new gutter, downspouts, and leaf guard that was installed. The crew worked hard and thorough, and completed the project in three days. The clean up was awesome. I would highly recommend Bealing Roofing & Exteriors, Inc.

from the beginning of getting an estimate of what we thought we only needed 1 roof, Jordan took the time to examine all the roofs and left us know we were missing shingles and recommended an entire roof replacement. He showed us all the materials that would be used. The day of the project, we were kept up to date on anything new that arose once the old roof was removed. when job was completed, clean up was complete and very pleased to a job well done!!

After yet another major roof leak, I had to face the inevitable decision to get a new roof. Everyone knows you should probably get 3 quotes but who to call. That is a daunting question in itself ! Well, I had 2 recomendations and needed one more. So I picked the company that has the 'pink panther' as their mascot. Of course I didn't know the name just remembered seeing the 'pink panther' around. So I searched and found Bealing Roofing Company. Best day ever! I wasn't feeling good about getting a new roof and actually felt intimated by the decision I needed to make. The first two estimates were what I would call basic template quotes and ironically for the same amount saying they would cover all my concerns. Bealing Roofing, however, not only provided the basic/standard roof replacement price (same cost) but also addressed separate problem areas and provided some optional solutions. Through this meeting the consultant, Josh Aumen, was making sure I understood the materials, the problem area recommendations, etc. Needless to say, I no longer felt intimated and was able to make an informed decision. Best day ever !! The replacement process I don't think could have gone better and what a group of nice, hardworking folks. And the unexpected surprise .... The new roof has really given the house a facelift!
