After yet another major roof leak, I had to face the inevitable decision to get a new roof. Everyone knows you should probably get 3 quotes but who to call. That is a daunting question in itself ! Well, I had 2 recomendations and needed one more. So I picked the company that has the 'pink panther' as their mascot. Of course I didn't know the name just remembered seeing the 'pink panther' around. So I searched and found Bealing Roofing Company. Best day ever! I wasn't feeling good about getting a new roof and actually felt intimated by the decision I needed to make. The first two estimates were what I would call basic template quotes and ironically for the same amount saying they would cover all my concerns. Bealing Roofing, however, not only provided the basic/standard roof replacement price (same cost) but also addressed separate problem areas and provided some optional solutions. Through this meeting the consultant, Josh Aumen, was making sure I understood the materials, the problem area recommendations, etc. Needless to say, I no longer felt intimated and was able to make an informed decision. Best day ever !! The replacement process I don't think could have gone better and what a group of nice, hardworking folks. And the unexpected surprise .... The new roof has really given the house a facelift!

The man came and he explained the job. I compared it to three others quotes I had received. He was right in the ballpark, I liked him, and I picked him. They did a good job, but they left some nails on my back porch. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the price.

Josh Almond, my salesperson, did a good job. He was punctual and gave me a book with everything in it. There was nothing hidden, and he was professional. They have a quality product, and the roof looks good on my house. Josh helped me pick out the color for the shingles. They followed up, communicated, and worked with me well. I got 6 quotes and did lots of research on different types of shingles. I even watched video comparisons on different types of shingles to see which was the best. Bealing was the only company that gave me a binder of information.

They are a very professional group. They gave me a detailed plan, with detailed pricing. Bealing Roofing & Exteriors did everything. They explained how every step would go, what the work crew would do, and how they would protect my lawn and lawn ornaments. They made sure everything was protected. They were fast and efficient. When they were done, they went through and made sure it was exactly as it was. The lawn ornaments were put back as they were. Other than a beautiful new roof, you wouldn't know the amount of work that was done just in the 12 hours before.

I would recommend Bealing Roofing & Exteriors to anyone. They do fine workmanship and are prompt, timely, and have a good sales force. The brochure that they left me is what sold me on their products. It was so fantastic that I did not even need to get a second opinion.

I am very happy with what happened. There were some issues that came up but it wasn't their fault. It was just some things that came up and Bealing Roofing & Exteriors handled them very satisfactorily to me. We haven't had any leaks so we're good.
