We are very satisfied with the work they did. The work was done very well. There were some delays with getting the materials.
Rich and Cody knocked on my door on a Saturday afternoon because they were working in the neighborhood. I hardly have them time to talk. Just then Rich told me that he could prove I had hail damage and that if he was wrong they’d never call on me again. Thinking this would be a pleasant way to dispense with this visit I said ok. Rich and Cody walked me to an area of my siding that was 3 feet away and showed me hail damage. Cody said if you’ve got it here you also have it all the way around your house and on your roof. You know what? They were exactly right.
All of my other interactions with them were professional and friendly. It was like doing business with family. Good family.
This experience was so awful. I would absolutely NOT recommend them.

They took too long. The process started in July and I just received the finished product in April.
Process began in Aug 2022 and concluded Mar 2023. Information provided to insurance was incomplete on multiple occasions. Materials were not properly ordered initially or subsequently. Scheduling was an absolute nightmare. I called weekly, if not multiple times a week for months. With persistent following up, it took nearly three months to get a date for install, and then the date moved three times to the right. Changes were always last minute, impacting my work. I was always nice, but I really didn’t want to be. I was so frustrated with the entire process. The only saving grace was that the work was covered by insurance, which had nothing to do with them. I felt trapped and helpless after signing the contract. I wouldn’t recommend Nationwide Exteriors to my worst enemy.
In the end, all worked out. However project manager turnover for my case and some of the contract work quality left me doing more oversight and follow up than desired to finish fully settled and fairly satisfied.
All in all I'm very satisfied with their work.

Your company's Inability to pay it's bills has placed my house at risk to have a lien placed upon it. I have paid your company. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to be placed in this position.
They were very professional. They were patient and helped me out on trying to get a bid. They worked with me and they were patient when I got my public adjuster. I succeeded with them. They worked with me any possible way. It was a long process and went very well. I would recommend them. I would rate them higher than 5 if I could. They were very good.
Nationwide Exteriors have not been attentive to me and the work that needs to be completed.
They accomplished everything that they set out to do, and they did a very good job of it.
`Nationwide Exteriors performed a free inspection on our roof and siding in June of 2022 based on a cold call to our house. After the inspection, which found hail damage to our aluminum siding from a recent storm, they suggested we file a claim for repair to our insurance company, which the representative helped us complete. An insurance adjuster reviewed and approved the claim by mid-to-late August of 2022, and Nationwide scheduled a siding replacement for late September based on our availability. Although only certain sides of our house siding was damaged, Nationwide agreed that we could replace all the house aluminum siding with high-grade vinyl siding for the reimbursement amount the insurance provided. This replacement was performed over 2.5 days in early October after weather delays. The work performed was of very high quality, with all the facings and window coverings completed in an excellent manner. We were particularly impressed with the detail work around vents, water faucets, and other external extrusions. The site was cleaned up very well and all the final financial issues were settled with Nationwide exactly as promised with no complaints or surprises. All it cost us was the insurance deductible. I cannot recommend Nationwide Exteriors enough. They performed exactly as promised, and the five or six month time frame was not unexpected. We are very pleased.
