Working with Batterbee was the best experience, from start to finish, I have ever had in my over 30 yrs owning a home

They did a stellar job. They did everything perfectly, and I had no problems at all.

I think that they did a good job. I have not seen a leak yet. We will see with the hurricanes coming.

When I contacted Batterbee, I was aware of what a wonderful company they were. I was even more surprised at the family like way they treated one another. Everyone was very kind and positive in the Batterbee company. The people that were here putting my roof on were gentleman, knowledgeable, and very quick. They gave me a time frame and met that time frame. When they left, there was no sign, other than a beautiful new roof, that they had been there. When I drive up my driveway and look at my house, my little plain house, I see my beautiful roof, and I have a smile on my face. I intend to pick one of the colors and paint my garage door, so the roof is even more outlined.

liked the fact there was a team of experience folks helping me through the process

I have had issues with my roof, which was installed in a cold month. The company is not certain if the issue is with the shingles or the installation. They have met with me several times in an attempt to resolve it. It is not resolved yet but we are working on it.
