Areas Of Satisfaction - The beauty of the final product install. The shower stall is beautiful and uplifting. It pulls your eyes up, because it goes to the ceiling. It is a good match for what I wanted to achieve.

Recognized Excellence - The two men that installed were on time. They ran into a couple of problems but stayed longer to rectify any problems. My husband did not miss another day of work because the workers worked longer on the second day to completion.

Recognized Excellence - Rick and Jim both were excellent. Rick was very friendly, personable, and was nice to our young kids. Rick pretty much knew everything we asked him about the product, which tells me he really pays attention to every small detail we could throw at him. The other thing that stood out about him, was he was unconditional available to answer any and all follow up questions. Plus, after our install was done, he came out to the house to make sure we satisfied with everything and had any other questions. He's definitely an asset to your company.Jim has superb carpenter skills to the point of being OCD about his work. Plus Jim was very understanding about our 1.5 year old son (and our puppy) sometimes running in front of him when bringing in materials.

Personal Message - This product looks every bit as good as tile, but without the dirty grouts lines and a superb warranty. It really makes us like our house a lot more with this bathroom now as a highlight.
