Rick pretty much knew everything we asked him about the product, which tells me he really pays attention to every small detail we could throw at him. The other thing that stood out about him, was he was unconditional available to answer any and all follow up questions. Plus, after our install was done, he came out to the house to make sure we satisfied with everything and had any other questions. He's definitely an asset to your company.Jim has superb carpenter skills to the point of being OCD about his work. Plus Jim was very understanding about our 1.5 year old son (and our puppy) sometimes running in front of him when bringing in materials.
