Crew was here on time and did a good job. The problem that I have with ATI is that I'd like to pay my bill and cannot seem to get it. Made numerous attempts. I'd think you would like to be paid for the work you did.

Took a very long time for them to pack my belongings.

ATI did a super professional job Tarping my highly damaged roof after a downspout storm. However later high winds moved all the sandbags around and after notification no action has been taken to repair the Tarping.

The turn around time for questions and scheduling is slow.

They use contractors. Our incident happened just after Thanksgiving. The repairs took a long time. There was a lot of change over with staff, that caused delays.

There was a high turnover. When I tried to reach out to my contact person, I was told he wasn't with the company anymore. The communication with whoever took over his responsibilities was lacking. The communication and continuity were the issues. The workmanship was good.

I am satisfied with the work. If they just fix the minor details and I'll be happy. If I have have any other problems I would use them again.
