Very disappointed that we had to pay ATI's paint contractor, Bogle Smart Build, 590 dollars out of pocket in order to get them to complete the painting of our flooded living room walls (north and east walls) when ATI had designated only the south living room wall for repainting, and to replace the bathroom sink which they removed in order to replace the cabinet and which was found with a broken stopper mechanism on our patio floor. (It is not known how the stopper was broken but the sink had to be replaced.)
Did a bad job on hooking up my hot water heater they hooked it up wrong and I had to call another company and pay 1500$ out of my pocket
They did an excellent job in a timely manner.
Will not recommend this company for any work. Lack of responses to any problems, hired contractor tried to leave the project after multiple months of not having the work completed with around 6 people coming to look at the project. Crews broke our drier then only replaced the top the drier with no sense of possible replacing the entire drier. Then when crews came to fix the drier they were watching YouTube video on how to fix the damaged piece. Then wires were left exposed on the drier. Lack of personal engagement due to project being small. People who did come were only at the house for 5-10 mins then left with minimal conversation or review of the work supposed to be done. Company would call my wife and I multiple times after multiple conversations advising the money was supposed to be coming from insurance (this went on for months.) Overall horrendous experience.
They had great response time, good communication, and involved us in the decision making.
The fast response communication and wonderful customer service.
We initially placed our trust in ATI, hoping they could help us recover from the devastating loss of our home due to Hurricane Helene. One of the main reasons we chose ATI was our original project manager, who was empathetic, understanding, and seemed genuinely committed to helping us navigate this challenging time.
Unfortunately, it became clear that their team was overwhelmed with too much work, and we were caught in the middle of what appeared to be internal turmoil. We were informed that our project manager had been removed from our project due to complaints we allegedly filed—something that was entirely untrue.
It took months to receive the quotes we were promised within two weeks. When we finally did receive them, they were incomplete, and despite assurances that revised quotes would be sent promptly, they never arrived. Additionally, the first phase of our demo ended up costing $3,000 more than the highest estimate outlined in the initial signed scope, with no explanation provided for the discrepancy.
We are left now to start over in our search for a contractor 3 months after the storm and still forced to live outside of our home with our 2 children.
I would only recommend for water mitigation. Nothing else has happened since the hurricanes. The insurance Company closed my case with a payout significantly smaller than what the repairs are projected to cost.
We are very pleased ATI
ATI was prompt, professional and provided excellent water mitigation services.
Excellent from start to finish
An inspector from ATI arrived on time, briefed me about what he would inspect and photograph. It was a through inspection.
The project is not complete. It hasn’t been started other than emergency hanging of Visqueen where the siding blew off. Please expedite the project with Brian
Quick, very professional
It was absolutely a horrible experience, and they still owe us $100.00 dollars. They ruined our house. They dropped cabinets and broke our tile floor.
Came 8/28/24 referred by AAA Ins., put 4 fans to dry the flooded closet and part of the garage. Came every day to check. After 3rd day, came picked up fans...checked and find the walls still humid....still picked up fans and left. The explanation given to me was nonsense from them as well as AAA. AND till today 9/13/ 24 I have no carpet back in the closet nor floor boards installed again. AAA as well as ATI SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE EMPATHETIC in cases of elders.
It was a very busy time. I was very pleased with the work they did.
Good job. Quick and efficient and thorough. My name is Jean Wilson. My husband is deceased.
Job is not completed
my house sat vacant for 4 1/2 months approximately and nothing was done other than when they took everything out in the first 2-3 weeks. told me they needed paper signed. I signed them left them where they told me to leave them. They couldn’t find them and they were sitting on the counter and then they did the permits in october and did them incorrectly that took more time 5-6weeks and I was told that I could change a wall and the cabinet person had the cabinets done for the way we wanted our kitchen and they never told me that I was going to have to pay a certain amount and would happily payed for it. but never told me till i asked about electric and wall, so it ended up costing them more because the cabinet guy had to redo them to the same way they were . I was frequently ignored and not told anything I had to call constantly and then because I told the guy that you know my son-in-law so aggravated over this crap he’s ready to beat something buddy up just in talking and they “said oh we take threat seriously and blah blah blah and so then they started treating me like crap and continued lying and my insurance was going to run out because my house just sat there with nothing being done, I told them you get my house going or I am going to get a lawyer and you guys will pay my mortgage and for housing and then supposedly they did. They didn’t do all of what was on the quotes and they kept after me to sign the end paper sign the in paper saying that it’s done and you’ll get what we didn’t complete back in a check and my daughter $500 William Sonoma pots and pans that had been sitting on top of one of our pieces of furniture for the longest time disappeared and I brought that to their attention and that the fact that it was stolen because they were inside the house and locked and they said will $500 do? I still haven’t received that money but yet they had some nerve to come after me for my co-pay when I had made it way before they ever completed my house to say I called several times and emails sent text trying to get that money that was owed to me that they swindled for my insurance company and still haven’t received anything not to mention the hard time they gave my insurance company when they would ask for information they would drag their feet it is the worst experience ever in my life and I would never ever recommend this company because I even called the main office in California to voice my complaints and to Tampa and not one person in that company would return my calls to talk to me this company is very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate it one bit how they treated me and my family nor how they just let my house sit there and nothing being done for months had me displaced my pets were displaced so no I would not recommend them again.
They were very polite and very professional. They were fast, efficient, and gave phenomenal service.
Excellent workmanship and skill set. The worker was very impressive and professional in every way.
They did outstanding work.
Nightmare.
I have already sent enough comments to them.
