ATI Restoration responded to us during a roof leak. They sent out a team immediately and helped us mitigate damage to the inside of our home. They were courteous and professional.

ATI is very responsive, especially during emergency situations. I am always confident that the work will be done with care and in a timely fashion, though the pricing sometimes gets a little too high for my management.

It was nice to have white glove treatment and having them do everything for me and hiring different contractors. They decided I needed a POD in my driveway, and I probably wouldn't have done that myself. I have a friend, and she has another insurance company, and they are making her do everything, including hiring contractors, and submitting claims. I didn't have to do any of that with ATI. I only had to pay my deductible.

Victor was phenomenal. Don’t lose him. He is honest, incredibly talented and reliable. The best.

Gerigos Leader and crew were wonder .! Very professional Jeromy project manager and patient Gerigos gave details as restoration was going on . . job was completed on time and they were all very professional

The project management was nearly non-existant and I felt there was nearly $5,000 of costs I was charged for that I shouldn't have been. The gave me a credit but it didn't equal the amount I was charged for. They charged for doors that didn't exist, shelves that weren't done, etc. I feel that they are a dishonest company and I can't recommend them.

They communicate through emails and do not return phone calls.
