Tammy Dorsett was the agent who took our claim. As far as the work goes with ATI and the actual mitigation, most everything went fine, albeit a bit longer than anticipated. Things went downhill, however, with your "Preferred Vendor" who was recommended to us for our actually rebuild. Steve Dorsett was a nightmare to work with but was who Tammy recommended stating "ATI is very backed up" and that her husband, Steve, is a "preferred vendor who we use all the time."
If you want further feedback on how this all played out, I'll be happy to discuss, but needless to say, our experience was deeply tainted by working with the Dorsetts.
This simple project was passed off to 3 different subcontractors and the workmanship was sub par to say the least.
Kept changing project managers and did not follow work plan as agreed.
There were changes in personnel that have meant my project, which should have been completed by the end of February, still has yet to be completed. And it is June 3rd. I still am not living in my bedroom.
Broke dishwasher mount, multiple time
changes for initial visit, was told tech needed to come by to check moisture but instead of a short visit they did demolition without notification causing a panic situation with my wife having to get other people to pick up our kids from school, broke a tile and took it with them so that now whole area has to be removed costing us additional money.
Pleasant n professional. Took a lot longer than expected
It's been over a month n reconstruction still hasn't begun
Our house, furniture, and clothes were ruined!
the experience was awesome...until .......and then it was a shitshow!!! this review is after Ed Gonzaga took over my flood repairs
My comments are in the different questions under quality and duration.
Most definetly
On time, friendly people, treated my home with respect!
There seemed to be some confusion as to what exactly was going to be accomplished between the contractor and the owner.
Excellent service and friendly personnel.
The water mitigation that ATI provided was excellent. The reconstruction part leaves much to be desired. I give 10 for the water mitigation, and 3 for the reconstruction.
ATI did a competent job completing water damage repairs and overall claim. The challenge for ATI was finding competent subcontractors to complete the work. We had to correct various quality issuess throughout the project causing delays.
