Work was not done correctly. Had to redo. Paint job was poor. Job is still not finished after 2 months. To be fair, some things still need to be cleared by my insurance. Project manager was changed shortly after start & I was not informed. Had to call to find out what was happening.

I do not have anyone to share the recommendation with in the business.

They worked with our insurance to repair our flooring

We had a pretty major issue arise where one ATI employee told the residents of the unit they were working in, who had caused significant water damage, mold, and even mushrooms to grow within the unit, that they were not the ones who had caused it. We had already been told by every other employee who had looked at the damage that it was caused by improper usage of shower curtains, lack of airflow in the bathroom after using the shower, and not cleaning the bathroom or reporting the water damage sooner. After the residents were told by the employee that is what not their fault, the residents began to start threatening legal action against our property, and it escalated things enough to the point that we ended up having to evict them and are still going back and forth with their insurance and our attorneys today since they have refused to pay.

We always receive estimates that contain detailed breakdowns of the work required for the properties, depending on the individual needs of each work order.

I like the communication and follow through from the staff! Work quality is good also!
