They were sloppy. They did not seem professional. They left a mess.

Andre came. He took moisture readings, took pictures of dining room and living room, determined leak was due to water supply to dishwasher, cut and capped water supply to whole unit. Then left. I called a plumber. This plumber moved the dishwasher to discover leak had nothing to do with water supply. He removed moldy sheet rock behind dishwasher to discover hole in cast iron pipe.

The gentleman that came here was very very nice. I thought he was extremely overworked by your company because, he came at 6pm and left at 11 pm. He couldn't meet some of the appointments because he was in Fayetteville. Which is NOT his fault. Again, I think he was overworked! He never complained and he was extremely thoughtful.
