Once it was discovered that we hired a public adjuster the ATI rep assigned to our home did little to no real work. The list that was submitted to our adjuster was undervalued for many items, and total loss value was short from what our public adjuster came in at by about $178,000. The discrepancy is unacceptable.
Our home contents were thrown all over the place, and agents from ATI were making contents about items in our home weren’t really damaged and discussed taking them home for themselves. Very unprofessional.
We started working with ATI on this issue for a year now. The communication is sparse. We call a couple times every week. They have had contractors come and patch the issue instead of fix it and they haven’t even done it correctly so it is causing more issues. They don’t know what the problem is now and we are just in waiting mode. I don’t wish this experience on anyone else. I would not recommend, in fact, I would tell people to avoid them.
I love working with Sam Trembalay, great communicator and definitely a key asset for ATI
I'm very sorry to give a bad report. At one time, I felt differently. Procare took way too long to do a job that started in Fall of 2022. Still have repair work that they refuse to do. I've had an addt'l expense of $700 because of Procare error. I was told I'd be reimbursed. I provided a copy of expense. Now being told I will not be. Accusing me years later of having a balance due. I do not.Had no idea - Just informed of that this year. I had good feelings about Procare in the beginning. Now, unfortunately that's changed. I hope my honesty & straightforward attitude will not cause defensive retaliation - I think it may.
Worst customer service and project management I’ve ever experienced. For such a small project I ended up getting assigned several different project managers who were ill informed of the status of the work on my home. They cut corners in effort to save money y trying to have the siding company do the electrical work of rehanging my coach light that still haven’t been done correctly by the electrician they sent out who half asses the work rather than do it correctly.
Better tarping job of roof (window wasn’t tarped or covered).
The process of working with ATI has been a nightmare for us and the work is still not finished.
Scheduled and performed repair expediently
Rick and his staff were fantastic in customer service and workmanship.
I would not ever recommend this company due to Gus Tinder and Celeste Field’s lack of work ethics and customer service.
Paul Davis and has not returned or. I have ask for it several times spoken directly to whomever them and they said they will not return it or reimburse me so I can purchase another one. I want my vase or reimbursement
While our initial experience with ATI’s water mitigation team was excellent, the rebuild phase that followed was deeply disappointing and has significantly changed our overall perception of the company.
After mitigation was complete, the rebuild process was plagued by ongoing communication failures, lack of accountability, and poor project management. Our assigned project manager was difficult to reach, slow to respond, and often failed to follow through on commitments or timelines that were clearly communicated. This created unnecessary delays and left us in a constant position of having to chase down updates rather than being proactively informed. What should have been a structured, professionally managed restoration instead felt disorganized and reactive.
In addition, the lack of coordination and oversight led to repeated frustrations, extended timelines, and a loss of confidence that the project was being handled with the level of care and professionalism we expected. The rebuild phase ultimately did not reflect the same standards demonstrated by the mitigation team, which made the overall experience inconsistent and stressful.
Based on our experience with the rebuild and project management side of the process, we would not recommend ATI for full restoration services. While their mitigation team performed well, the failures during reconstruction and project oversight overshadowed that positive start and made the overall experience far more difficult than it should have been.
Floors look great, new cabinets and island are exactly as I wanted
Project took way too long in my point of view. There were times especially the month of September where everything was at a halt except for the last week when they layed the flooring. There were other pockets of time where nothing was done.
Bad subs, reworks needed
Too many shortcuts
Multiple calls to follow up
You let my house sit empty for six months and did virtually nothing. We finally fired you after repeated efforts to get you to come and actually DO THE WORK. The job should have only taken a couple of months to get us back in the house, although rebuilding the garage would have taken a bit longer. We waited from March to November and finally gave up on you. Two weeks after being discharged, someone called to ask if they could save the contract. They simply weren't paying attention. At times it seemed as if no one was in charge as nothing was happening. We should not have waited as long as we did to fire you. I'm sure you had more important jobs elsewhere, but we couldn't wait forever. We will never recommend you for anything! All that was done was demo, and virtually no rebuilding except for electrical.
The communication was absolutely terrible. The project coordinator (Matt?) - never could get him on the phone. The few times a heard from him regarding progress and scheduling and to answer questions I had, he was incredibly rude and condescending. I had to call him towards the end of the project just to get an update to move forward. Rare communication and little regard for homeowner concerns. The men who came and did the remediation and demo work (older man, David? And younger burly guy with long hair) were the only communicative and polite employees I worked with, however every scheduled time I had for the work to be done, which I took off work for, was either rescheduled or hours behind the set time. In addition, my air return vents were not covered so now I am left with construction debris filling my duct work.
I was bounced between 4 different project managers, communication was minimal unless I reached out, construction crew were subcontracted out and the crew did a subpar performance.
None of the work was done within the time stated in the contract and I had a hard time getting a response to when the work would start (It was completed 10 months after the incident.) The billing system is terrible - this company is apparently very large so there should be a customer portal with an easy way for customers to see what they're paying for with each payment. I had questions about my owed amount but was only able to get a bunch of invoices forwarded to me from the Project Director.
A 2 day job was spread out over a month! I think my bathroom turned out good but the other repairs were not done according to the estimate work scope.
I had a very negative experience with ATI. It not only took five months to complete, but there was a lot of lack of communication and timeliness, and poor quality. They actually left the house in more of a disaster compared to the water damage we had. Because of that, we're having to pay more out of pocket to find someone to complete the job - complete their work, essentially.
I have waited two months for a refund and they’re not answering my calls or emails.
I would never recommend this company and I truly wish that I would never have went with them. The whole experience (besides the mitigation was negative). This reflects the poor communication, poor carpentry work, and just over all experience, including how they left the house.
Lied from the start I signed a document that said start on February 10 and finish march 13 didn’t even start until 3rd week of march
I told your company several times their services were not needed, explained the situation over, they continue to call, then charged my insurance for the trip, to me that should be insurance fraud.
