Lack of communication, had to contact ATI if I wanted to know anything about my damage. Hired outside workers that did a bad job. Went through 2 time lines for finishing the project but they blamed the cabinet makers. So much more to say but USAA adjuster doesn't communicate also.

They were very careful and did an excellent job with restoring my house after a fire.

Project took longer than it should have with poor communication. Things went wrong many times. Shower drain not connected and flooded the crawl space. Ventilation insulation never replaced after that completely soaked of water even after completion. One of the toilets leaked after job, wax ring put on crooked. Came back out to fix toilet then it still leaked. Water feed line never tightened. I dont like writing this because the main contractor seemed good but all workers unreliable. Insurance never received paperwork for supplemental claim after job started, so we did not receive anymore money for extra repairs needed.

The employees who came to my house were professional and thorough. They took the time to explain the process and made sure that my floor was completely dry.

Your guys left the cabinet they removed in my living room bc they said it would be repaired when no, it wouldn’t. There are still pieces of my cabinet molding in my kitchen left here. After the fans were removed they left all the holes in the walls uncovered, and left the giant gaping hole in my kitchen wall uncovered. I dealt with bugs and mice from these holes until I had to get maintenance to cover everything. They never filled anything back in, just left it.

Really personable throughout the entire process. There were certainly things we didn’t like, but they always went above and beyond in providing a solution.

I had to constantly contact 4 different agents to find out status of my repairs.

All the staff that came in and did the work in our home were very nice, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable….especially Stanley and Stacey. They explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done and returned several days in a row to check on the condition of the moisture levels in the Plaster walls and ceiling around the affected areas and removed what was necessary to prevent any mold or further damage going forward. They cleaned up each day before leaving n were very considerate of our personal property.

Your company did not show or call for an appointment. I followed up with a technician twice who said they would have a manager contact me, and no one ever reached out.

The guy that came to do the air test was great. The office staff was great. Communication was terrible as the workers that came spoke no English which was frustrating for them and us. The workers were great but the foreman showed up with them a day and a half late. Was told the job would finish that day which was ridiculous as it lasted into the following week.

Very professional and accommodating! They did everything to make it a pleasant experience.

WHEN THEY FIRST CAME TO MY HOUSE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AS TIME WENT ON I FELT LIKE I SIGNED WITH THE DEVEL. THEY GAVE TWO LABORERS THAT WERE OK ONE HAD BROKEN ENGLISH AND THE OTHER NO ENGLISH. DIRECTION GIVEN WAS NOT THERE PAINTED WALLS BUT NOT TRIM OR EVEN THE CLOSET IN THE HALLWAY. CLEAN UP DOES NOT EXIST WALL PLATES NOT PUT BACK ON. FIXTURE IN LIVING ROOM HANGING BY WIRE. THEY ONLY BRING PRODUCT AS NEEDED NOT JUST HAVE ON THE JOB. GOING ON MY FOURTH DAY BETWEEN PAINTING AND ATTIC WORK. ONE DAY HAD A TRUCK NEXT DAY JUST DROPPED SOMEONE OFF AND HAD NO TOOLS TO WORK WITH. HE TOLD ME HE WAS LEAVING AND DID KNOW WHEN THE INSULATION WAS COMING BAGS OF TRASH LEFT IN YARD FOR A WEEK NOW HAVE 22 BAGS WAITING TO BE REMOVED.
