I cannot recommend ATI Restoration even though the completed work was accetpable. Their poor communication, slow timelines, and unprofessional practices made what should have been a repair far more stressful than it needed to be. It took 6 months from when the incident happened till everything was finally resolved.

Job went as smoothly as was possible with insurance involvement.

Lack of communication, had to contact ATI if I wanted to know anything about my damage. Hired outside workers that did a bad job. Went through 2 time lines for finishing the project but they blamed the cabinet makers. So much more to say but USAA adjuster doesn't communicate also.

It was a long process and they were thorough and careful all along the way.

They were very careful and did an excellent job with restoring my house after a fire.

Project took longer than it should have with poor communication. Things went wrong many times. Shower drain not connected and flooded the crawl space. Ventilation insulation never replaced after that completely soaked of water even after completion. One of the toilets leaked after job, wax ring put on crooked. Came back out to fix toilet then it still leaked. Water feed line never tightened. I dont like writing this because the main contractor seemed good but all workers unreliable. Insurance never received paperwork for supplemental claim after job started, so we did not receive anymore money for extra repairs needed.

The employees who came to my house were professional and thorough. They took the time to explain the process and made sure that my floor was completely dry.

Your guys left the cabinet they removed in my living room bc they said it would be repaired when no, it wouldn’t. There are still pieces of my cabinet molding in my kitchen left here. After the fans were removed they left all the holes in the walls uncovered, and left the giant gaping hole in my kitchen wall uncovered. I dealt with bugs and mice from these holes until I had to get maintenance to cover everything. They never filled anything back in, just left it.

Professional staff and care and concern they had towards our property to keep it clean while coming in and out with equipment and debris.

They were very punctual and thorough.

Because of the communication challenges in the duration of this project, I will not be recommending ATI for restorations projects to anyone
