Andy was great – – good communicator and very on top of things and accommodating. A lot of the other employees were very good as well, including Sandra and Fernando and Ewars.

The services were very late. I had to follow up every week on the construction project. I had to follow up every week. Furthermore, I haven't seen any progress.

Good follow through. They have been persistent in making sure we are hitting our targets and we have had several sit downs to make the whole process would be better.

Alll personnel were professional, on time, cleaned up after each visit!

All around, they know their stuff and take care of everything from start to finish.

The work was very rushed, and had to be redone in quite a few places. I had to ask them to return the extra paint for one of the rooms so that I could fix the entire section of a wall that was missing paint myself, which was easier than having them come out yet again. The walls of the bathroom needed to be done twice due to the many issues the "finished" room contained after their first contractor was completed.

ATI diligently pursued completing the restoration work on a timely basis from the moment they were engaged. The team's commitment to timeliness and quality was evident everyday.

Better communication

It would have been nice to get the proper paperwork submitted to the insurance company, so I didn't have to do a run around. I had to follow up on everything to make sure I got paid properly.

The team is very responsive.

It was nice to have a one stop shop for the emergency mitigation and repairs all from one company.

Everyone I worked with (Andy, Juan, Alex) was responsive and kind and the work was done well.

Andy was incredibly knowledgable, responsive and kind professional. The dispatched team was also confident and professional.

I’m not likely to be in a position to recommend ATI because the people I know who might need their service would have to go through their own HOAs and/or home owners insurance and go with the vendors those entities choose. If I had an opportunity to recommend ATI, I would.
